Important Notices:
1. The maximum tension setting allowed is “7”, please avoid over-tensioning your hinge as it can cause the tension adjustment mechanism to jam and the subsequent repair required will not be covered by our warranty.
If over-tension has occurred, avoid using excessive force to try and undo the tension which can further damage parts of the hinge, seek professional help from your hinge installer instead.
2. Difference between self-closing tension levels for top and bottom hinges should not be greater than 1 level.
