Local Pick Up can be completed within 7 business days.

Local Delivery can be completed within 14 business days.

Glass Fence Delivery Terms and Conditions

• Glass items are delivered by truck with A frame, customer must present at the job site and unload the glass with the driver. (Glass is heavy item, carrier may need to carry over 40 kg on his own)
• Delivery is to job site front only, unload point cannot be more than 5m from the truck due to our insurance restriction.
• Safety equipment should be use when unloading
• Glass is fragile, please carefully check all products and sign the packing slip. No responsibility accepted for damage that may occur once driver left job site.

- Defects or Short Deliveries -

The Customer shall inspect the goods upon delivery and will, within 48 hours, notify

Origin Warehouse of any defects or short deliveries. Should the customer fail to notify Origin Warehouse within the specified period then the goods shall be deemed to be in compliance with the order and free from any defect whatsoever.
